a moment when you felt you had the power to make a difference in someone else's life.

A moment when I felt like I had power to make a difference in someone else's life was when my aunt was going through an abusive relationship and I had a heart to heart conversation that led her to leaving that toxic relationship. This aunt usually doesn't listen to no one and me talking with her letting her know she's not to blame for going back made her realize her worth, usually the rest of the family would put the blame on her and not him because he's been in our lives for years as well but having that conversation with her and just listening to what she felt made me understand her perspective a lot more than before. She thankfully left that relationship 4 months later and she's doing so better without him I couldn't be more proud and finally she's living her 20s the way she always wanted.
