Over the winter break, I took some time to relax and recharge, but not without a few unexpected challenges. One of my goals was to  immolate  my bad habits like procrastinating so I could start the new year fresh. However, my plans were somewhat  impaired  when I caught a cold, which left me feeling sluggish for a few days. Despite this  impediment  I still managed to enjoy time with family, binge watch my favorite shows, and catch up on some reading. As the break came to an end, I could feel the pressure of school and responsibilities becoming  imminent , reminding me that it was time to get back into a productive routine.

My idea of a perfect day spent is starting off my morning with no school then heading over to my friends house.  Mid morning, we'd head out for an adventure maybe a hike with breathtaking views, a peaceful beach stroll, or exploring a charming town with unique cafes and bookstores. Along the way, we'd have meaningful conversations, laugh a lot, and just enjoy being in the moment.

My American Dream is to live a happy and successful life, doing something I enjoy while making a positive impact on others. a time when you had to speak in front of an audience. What were your fears? How did you handle them? What advice would you give to someone struggling with stage fright?

I once had to speak in front of a small group in my physics classroom. I felt nervous about forgetting what I had to say and worried about how I would look. My hands were shaking, and my voice felt shaky too. I handled it by taking deep breaths before starting and focusing on the message I wanted to share rather than how I was feeling. I also practiced beforehand to feel more prepared.
